Our International Sales Manager Michael Ihle had the fantastic opportunity to take a closer look at a measuring train, thanks to an invitation from Deutsche Bahn. We are particularly proud that our rail inspection heads, which are integrated into the measuring system, have a very long lifespan and withstand high mechanical stress exceptionally well. While traveling at 70 km/h, they use ultrasound to capture data on the German rail network and provide detailed information about the condition of the tracks. This allows for early detection of any weaknesses and targeted improvements.

Steffi LorenzSteffi Lorenz has been working as a Marketing Manager at SONOTEC GmbH in Halle (Saale) since 2022, where she is responsible for technical B2B marketing within the Ultrasound Transducer business unit. In this role, she develops and coordinates marketing and communication activities for innovative ultrasound solutions – ranging from content and product marketing to campaign planning and close collaboration with sales and product management.
With many years of experience in B2B marketing and strategic communication of technical products, she is skilled at translating complex topics into clear and audience-focused messaging.
